Are review messages sent automatically?
No. The reminder is automatic; you review and send the SMS or email yourself. Opening the message marks it as requested in the app, not as proof that it was delivered or a review was posted.
Which jobs qualify?
The workflow includes completed, fully paid jobs. It excludes refunded work and helps avoid asking the same customer repeatedly.
Where do I find the settings?
Open review request settings to save your review link, choose reminder timing, enable SMS/email and edit the templates. Enable app notifications for scheduled Android reminders.
Is a separate FieldOpsX marketing subscription needed?
No. Review request reminders and templates are included in the owner-operator plan. Your own messaging and accounting services remain separate.
